Partner Distribution Specialist (Warehousing)

Position Type: Seasonal Temp Position

Summary:

In Touch Ministries is looking for a highly compassionate, organized, and skilled individual to join the Partner Distribution Department during the 4th quarter season of 2025 (October-End of Year). This position is a temporary position and not permanent. The Partner Distribution Specialist is responsible for warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency and partner satisfaction. This role demands a working knowledge of customer service practices while exhibiting a flexible mindset all the while making excellence the standard.

Essential Job Functions (other duties as assigned):

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Always adhere to any safety/workplace regulations
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain preventively any warehouse equipment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with PDS procedures

Skills:

  • Proven working experience packing and using packing machines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lb)
  • Ability to complete "Team-lifts" for heavy objects (more than 50lbs)
  • Basic computer literacy and understanding direction in English language.
  • Use of manual pallet jack
