The Dental Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including administrative tasks, human resources, and patient care. The Dental Office Manager works closely with the dentist to ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently, and that patients are receiving the best possible care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and answering phones, and TX Coordination.
  • Process payments and bill patients
  • Order and maintain dental supplies and equipment
  • Hire, train, and supervise dental staff
  • Manage dental office finances and budget
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all dental laws and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working at a fast pace dental practice
  • Experience with PPO insurances and billing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
