What you'll do

  • Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information using hotel management software.
  • Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
  • Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems or front desk operations is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of night audit processes and procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
