IT Inventory Coordinator

(Supports Certifix Live Scan & PostScan Mail)

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and organized IT Inventory Coordinator to join our Information Technology team in Anaheim. This role supports both Certifix Live Scan and PostScan Mail, two divisions operating within the same facility. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will assist with IT tasks while coordinating inventory, shipping, and daily operational logistics across both teams.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism while navigating a shared workspace with different personalities and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Manager with basic technical support, device setup, and systems coordination.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming shipments from UPS, DHL, Amazon, USPS, and other carriers.
  • Organize, track, and audit inventory for supplies used by Customer Support, P2C services, and Live Scan/PSM operations.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing materials, including FIB cards, Starlink equipment, and other operational items.
  • Pick up daily USPS mail for PostScan Mail and ensure timely internal delivery to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe storage areas; manage recycling and disposal of packaging materials.
  • Monitor supply usage and help reorder envelopes, boxes, equipment, and other consumables.
  • Support a respectful and productive environment between the Certifix Live Scan and PostScan Mail teams, especially in shared spaces.
  • Communicate clearly with both divisions to keep operations running smoothly and reduce cross-team friction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory coordination, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Basic IT knowledge or willingness to learn and support technical tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and the physical ability to handle packages and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to remain neutral and professional.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
