We are currently seeking a Dispatch/ Office person that enjoys working with the public. Are you good under pressure and like the high pace of Logan Airport? Our office staff communicates with our shuttle bus drivers via radio, monitors automated payment systems and processes payment/tickets for parking customers in and out of our lot. We are seeking people with excellent customer service skills. The office staff will also handle incoming calls for customer pickups in a friendly and professional manner. There is no shuttle bus driving required for this position.

Do you have the ability to think on your feet and problem solve? We'd like to talk to you. Vacation time, Sick time, and 401K Plan available. The start rate is $19.50/hr. Paid training is offered.

*Schedule for position is as follows:

Sun - Sat 3pm-11pm

Working holidays is possible as we are open 24hours/ 7 days a week

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 21yrs of age.

  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills in English.

  • Must have good customer service and phone skills.

  • Must be organized and be able to multi-task.

  • Must be able to give directions.

Job duties:

  • Greet customers upon arrival.

  • Check in customers entering all their information into our parking database.

  • Close customer's tickets when they return from their trip.

  • Answer phone calls.

  • Dispatch shuttle drivers to pick up and drop off customers at the Airport using a two-way radio.

  • Handling cash/ processing credit card payments.
