Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Orlando, FL, for a System Integration Specialist. The System Integration Specialist will be responsible for integrating and maintaining system components, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting in software development, and ensuring successful system implementation and performance. Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • 5+ years experience with Technical Support, ensuring optimal functionality of systems and resolving client issues.
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Systems Engineering to ensure seamless system integration and enhancements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience with air traffic control, simulation systems, or related technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Traveling up to 65% required, not negotiable
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Ability to pass a federal security FAA clearance
  • Active U.S. Passport
