You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.

What You Will Be Doing

As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:

• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
• Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
• This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T)
• Strong understanding of test planning, test

execution, and test analysis principles

• Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation
• Interim Secret Clearance required to start

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on

environmental testing and Design DVT

• Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and

tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for

product design improvements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure

accurate and reliable test results

• Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning
• Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $102,800 - $178,135. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
