ForeFront Simulator Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Scheduler / Project Manager to serve as the critical link between our sales, operations, and installation teams. This role focuses on managing the construction pipeline 2-6 weeks ahead of live projects, identifying obstacles, and driving readiness across crews, materials, and client expectations. Your strategic foresight will help ensure that every project kicks off smoothly, stays on track, and ends with a happy client.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Own the 2-6 week project horizon-forecasting, preparing, and coordinating the pipeline of upcoming jobs.
• Client Communication: Be the liaison with clients pre-construction-providing updates, aligning expectations, and answering questions.
• Material Procurement: Order and track materials and equipment, ensuring everything is ready before the project start date.
• Resource Management: Assign crews strategically based on job complexity, location, and skills; adjust labor plans as needed.
• Risk Management: Spot potential issues early (e.g., permitting, weather, supply delays) and implement solutions before they impact the schedule.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project logs, scheduling documents, and budget records; report readiness updates to leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project scheduling, construction management, or a related role.
• Familiarity with the full construction lifecycle from pre-planning to punch list.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think 2-6 weeks ahead and prevent roadblocks.
• Knowledge of permitting, procurement, and residential/commercial build workflows.
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and with clients.

Schedule

• Full-Time - Monday to Friday
• This role is primarily based at our Canton, GA headquarters but may require occasional travel for kickoff meetings or site visits.

• Some project-based travel may be required, typically within the U.S.
