About Us

Nevada Roofing Division is part of a multi-state roofing group built on craftsmanship, integrity, and performance. We're rapidly expanding across Nevada and need a Sales Team Lead to guide our sales division, develop new talent, and drive results.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who's ready to grow a team, manage performance, and close deals in both residential and commercial roofing.

Position Overview

The Sales Team Lead will manage a team of 6–12 roofing sales agents, providing daily direction, accountability, and field support. You'll also maintain your own sales pipeline and help oversee projects from lead to final payment using JobNimbus and integrated financing systems.

You'll report directly to company leadership and play a key role in building the Nevada division.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Earning Potential: $120,000 – $250,000 annually (commission + team bonuses)
  • Base Salary Option: Up to $70,000 per year depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses based on team revenue and leadership quality

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor 6–12 roofing sales reps
  • Train agents on inspections, estimates, and JobNimbus processes
  • Manage full project cycle including insurance claims, financing, and production follow-ups
  • Track team performance metrics and maintain reports
  • Conduct field inspections, appointments, and quality control visits
  • Maintain daily availability from 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday through Saturday
  • Collaborate with company leadership to meet growth and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years roofing or construction sales experience
  • Proven leadership or management experience required
  • Proficiency with JobNimbus CRM or similar software
  • Familiarity with financing programs (Payzer, Synchrony, etc.)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
