Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to clients
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues through various communication channels
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels in customer records
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
  • Manage cash handling transactions accurately when applicable
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and improve service quality
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call center support, customer service, or client relations preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy during interactions
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is desirable
  • Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and service performance
  • Experience with cash handling is a plus but not required
