What you'll do

  • Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fryer station and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in catering events and banquets as needed, showcasing your culinary skills.
  • Provide exceptional food service by plating dishes beautifully for guests.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with bussing, cleaning, and serving in a hospitality setting.
  • Background in catering or banquet service is a plus.
  • Culinary experience that demonstrates your cooking skills and creativity.
