Regional Sales Director- HVAC Hydronic Flow Controls

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director for our HVAC Hydronic Flow Controls division. This leadership role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, and business development within the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for managing all sales facets with numerous mechanical equipment representatives to develop sales plans, and fostering relationships with key clients.
Duties
- Manage a region to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients to promote our HVAC Hydronic Flow Controls products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with market trends and customer needs.
- Utilize CRM database for tracking sales activities and opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process to ensure customers understand product benefits and applications.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and account management practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in the HVAC or related industries.
- Expertise in B2B sales processes and techniques, including negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that effectively promote technical products.
- Proficient in technology sales, with an understanding of HVAC systems and hydronic flow controls.
- Experience using CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and drive informed decision-making.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration.
