About the Role

We're seeking a Graphic and Web Designer to strengthen our online presence and visual identity. You'll manage our website, design graphics and print materials, and create consistent branding that helps residents access property information easily and clearly.

This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with public impact—building user-friendly web content and professional designs for community outreach.

What You'll Do

· Design digital and print materials: flyers, social posts, banners, presentations, and signage.

· Manage and update the office website (WordPress), ensuring accuracy and ADA compliance.

· Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all media.

· Collaborate on marketing campaigns and public information efforts.

· Photograph office and community events for digital content.

· Research trends in public communication and design accessibility.

· Support special projects, reports, and outreach materials.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field—or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress.

· Understanding of ADA-compliant design and responsive web layouts.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork.

· Occasional evenings/weekends for events.
