Weekend Nurse Supervisor @ West Park Care Center, an Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking staffing on each unit. Ensuring employees are wearing proper uniforms & name badges at all times.
  • Conducting huddles on units to relay important information to the team.
  • Assist with admissions/discharges/incident reports and provide guidance about needed documentation.
  • Ensure that all residents leaving the building (appointment, outing) are signed out properly.
  • Check that all POC documentation has been completed.
  • Be sure snacks are passed and documented.
  • Ensure nursing has checked and signed off on temp logs, quality control logs and carts are fully stocked appropriately.
  • Ensure assigned showers are completely and charted properly.
  • Ensuring treatments and TARS are completed and signed off properly.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN/LPN License in the State of Ohio
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
