WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in our warehouse. You will play a vital role in accounting and auditing all equipment, materials, and supplies to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, optimizing space utilization, and safeguarding the maintenance and protection of our facilities and equipment. If you are detail-oriented and organized, this position is an excellent fit for you

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
  • 3+ years of experience leading successful, productive teams
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage projects and resources
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently
  • Ability to drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift

Some HVAC or home services experience is preferred but not required.
