Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting cross-functional teams. The Program Manager drives strategic AI programs from planning through delivery, owns metric-based success tracking, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and supports in-person workshops with executive-level stakeholders.

What's the Job?

  • Lead high-impact customer-facing initiatives to accelerate deployment of AI use cases across industries
  • Manage systems for tracking impact, define success metrics, and contribute to program goals
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence leadership to ensure successful project execution
  • Establish and maintain structured workflows, manage dependencies, and enable rapid iteration
  • Communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders and customers

What's Needed?

  • Strong Program Management experience (5–7 years overall; 3+ years managing cross-functional delivery)
  • Metrics & Impact Tracking (OKRs/KPIs, dashboards, Excel)
  • Excellent Communication + Storytelling skills with exec-level stakeholder management
  • Experience crafting user-centric digital or AI solutions (preferred but not required)
