Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. This Technical Program Manager role sits within the
Bizchat Experiences team
— a high-impact area focused on enhancing collaboration experiences across their products. The TPM will help drive
release management, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination
to ensure smooth feature launches and continuous product improvement.

Pay Range:
$52/hr - $57/hr

What's the Job?

  • Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage backlogs and workstreams, supporting planning and rollout activities for key projects.
  • Facilitate key rhythms of business, including release management and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the timely delivery of features and products with high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to build innovative solutions and improve existing processes.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in technical program management or related roles within technology organizations.
  • Strong communication skills capable of engaging with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with product release processes and risk management techniques.
  • Proficiency in coordinating complex projects and supporting planning activities.
