This is a high-impact opportunity to partner across People, Total Rewards, and business leadership teams to drive better decisions through data. You'll play a central role in building scalable analytics, uncovering insights that shape our employee experience, and helping us continuously raise the bar.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our compensation strategy
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses using Excel, Google Sheets, and other BI tools to support People, Talent, and Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Support our bi-annual global compensation planning process end-to-end including design & management of the tooling, equity plan design, lead engagement and overall communication strategy across the company
  • Select appropriate benchmark surveys, analyze and interpret relevant market data, and develop recommendations for updates to job categories and salary structures as appropriate
  • Analyze large and complex People datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance, retention, diversity & inclusion, and learning effectiveness.
  • Interpret complex people data and translate findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for People and business leaders.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports specifically focused on people metrics.
  • Automate people data reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Mentoring more junior people operations team members.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, people analytics, people operations, compensation, or a related data-driven role.
  • Utilize and optimize data analysis and reporting tools relevant to people analytics, including Advanced Excel, Google sheets, SQL and data visualization software.
  • Experience working with HR-specific systems like ADP or Workday for data extraction and analysis is highly desirable.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high bar for data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently.
  • Project management chops—you know how to drive work forward, align stakeholders, and deliver on time.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and humor make for a high-impact contributor
  • Experience supporting global mobility, total rewards, or workforce planning functions strongly preferred

What Else You Need To Know
The starting cash range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
