Sales Manager
who can
lead from the front, inspire performance, and set the standard every day
.

We need a
"drill sergeant"–type leader
— someone who's
dynamic, disciplined, and high-energy
, who thrives on structure and accountability, and knows how to
train, motivate, and push a sales team to win
.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate a growing sales team with structure and consistency
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Drive accountability for sales processes, follow-up, and customer satisfaction
  • Set and track daily/weekly performance goals (volume, PVR, close rate, etc.)
  • Lead by example — work deals, handle customers, and show what great looks like
  • Collaborate with leadership to hit aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Sales Trainer
    in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership presence — someone who can command respect while inspiring the team
  • Excellent closing, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to maintain high energy and positivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy; CRM experience required (
    DriveCentric
    a plus)
  • Passion for building people and driving results
