Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of barista experience, a great personality, and a genuine passion for customer service. This role requires open availability and reliable transportation. Candidates interested in working additional hours in the evening as the coffee shop transforms into a wine bar are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming, friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care.
  • Assist with light food preparation as needed.
  • Support the team during evening wine bar service if scheduled.
  • Uphold BOSK's standards of hospitality and guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of barista experience.
  • Open availability (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Interest or experience in wine service is a plus, but not required (training provided).
