Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
  • Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and diagnostics
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and timeline for service completion
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain a well-organized service calendar
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered
  • Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and quality service
  • Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and work toward resolutions
  • Maintain knowledge of current automotive technology and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive service advisor or related experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge or a passion for cars is preferred
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
