As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, checking credentials, and assisting visitors and staff with professionalism and courtesy. This position involves driving responsibilities and the use of technology to support daily operations. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals entering the logistics and distribution location to assist in maintaining authorized access only.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, working collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal management.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the facility or on the perimeter.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and visitors to promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
