Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires availability on weekends and involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, particularly in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and manage customer information efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical terminology and services offered.
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service background with experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including data entry capabilities, to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear understanding with customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
