Our client is a rapidly growing global technology firm providing IT consulting and digital solutions across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and technology. The company is expanding its U.S. operations and is seeking a seasoned
HR Operations Manager
to oversee key HR functions including
compliance, compensation & benefits, and HRIS
. The role reports directly to the
Head of HR, US Division
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of payroll from a PEO-based system.
- Benchmark salary structures and pay ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
- Evaluate and negotiate enhanced employee benefit programs for U.S. staff.
- Act as the owner of the global HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, TriNet, or similar).
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
- Conduct and manage employee relations investigations.
- Develop and implement global compensation and benefits philosophies.
- Identify and implement best practices to strengthen employer branding and retention.
- Support the execution of global HR initiatives and compliance milestones.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or
SHRM certification
. - 7+ years
of progressive HR experience in
IT, Consulting, or Professional Services
industries. - Strong understanding of
U.S. labor laws
and employment compliance. - Hands-on experience with
HRIS platforms
and HR analytics (Workday, TriNet, etc.). - Proven ability to work in
global/matrixed environments
with cross-border collaboration. - Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and execution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced, innovative settings.
- Exposure to
AI-driven HR tools
is a plus.
