Our client is a rapidly growing global technology firm providing IT consulting and digital solutions across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and technology. The company is expanding its U.S. operations and is seeking a seasoned
HR Operations Manager
to oversee key HR functions including
compliance, compensation & benefits, and HRIS
. The role reports directly to the
Head of HR, US Division
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of payroll from a PEO-based system.
  • Benchmark salary structures and pay ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Evaluate and negotiate enhanced employee benefit programs for U.S. staff.
  • Act as the owner of the global HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, TriNet, or similar).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
  • Conduct and manage employee relations investigations.
  • Develop and implement global compensation and benefits philosophies.
  • Identify and implement best practices to strengthen employer branding and retention.
  • Support the execution of global HR initiatives and compliance milestones.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or
    SHRM certification
    .
  • 7+ years
    of progressive HR experience in
    IT, Consulting, or Professional Services
    industries.
  • Strong understanding of
    U.S. labor laws
    and employment compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with
    HRIS platforms
    and HR analytics (Workday, TriNet, etc.).
  • Proven ability to work in
    global/matrixed environments
    with cross-border collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and execution.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced, innovative settings.
  • Exposure to
    AI-driven HR tools
    is a plus.
