The Office Clerical position provides a full range of administrative duties. Typical duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and performing administrative tasks such as data entry
  • Coordinate and perform select office services, such as recordkeeping and file management
  • Process payroll transactions and sales Tax transactions for clients
  • Prepare documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software

Skills Preferred:

  • Moderate to advanced skill level in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills / Extreme attention to detail
  • Proven skills in oral and written communications
  • Spanish bilingual is ideal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
