Medical Office Manager

Job Summary
ABLE is an ABA therapy clinic that seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Manager for our growing company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a commitment to maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and enhancing patient care through effective office systems.
This position manages the administrative team ensuring:
- compliance with all regulatory requirements
- supervises and train office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Oversee financial management tasks, including billing and accounts receivable
- Implement and maintain efficient office management systems to streamline workflows and enhance patient experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers addressing staff inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, promoting a positive relationship between staff and the admin team
Education: A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is ideal. Leadership certification training is helpful.
Experience: 10 years or more working in a medical office, ideally in a supervisory role, is beneficial.
Communication: Medical office managers need to be able to communicate well with a variety of healthcare professionals.
Leadership: Medical office managers need to be able to motivate their staff and evaluate their performance.
Medical terminology: Medical office managers need to be familiar with medical terminology to speak other healthcare professionals.

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
