The Opportunity

We're looking for a
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
who's fluent in
React Native and React
to help shape our consumer-facing products — from the BallerTV website to our iOS apps.

You'll work end-to-end across our stack (
React Native, React, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS
) and own major features that directly impact how players, parents, and fans experience live sports.

This is a high-impact role where your code will literally shape how youth sports are watched across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship new features across mobile and web — from architecture to production.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with design, product, and backend teams.
  • Architect scalable APIs and backend systems in Ruby on Rails / AWS.
  • Create pixel-perfect, performant UIs that bring our design vision to life.
  • Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Mentor other engineers and help raise the technical bar.
  • Contribute ideas to product direction — not just execution.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience building and shipping apps in React Native / React.
  • Strong full-stack skills, ideally including Ruby on Rails and AWS.
  • Track record of leading projects or mentoring engineers.
  • Passion for building great user experiences and scalable systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Bonus: experience with live video, streaming, or sports tech.
