Professional House Cleaner (No Nights or Weekends)

True Clean Experience (TCE Cleaning LLC) is a locally owned, veteran-owned cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-driven professionals who take pride in their work.

This role is for people who genuinely enjoy cleaning, value consistency, and want to be part of a respectful, positive team with clear expectations and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Clean homes and/or offices thoroughly (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
  • Follow company checklists to maintain high standards
  • Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Report damages or concerns promptly
  • Use cleaning products and equipment safely
  • Arrive on time with reliable transportation
  • Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
  • English required for training, checklists, and client communication
