Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Trade Sales Consultant located in Augusta, GA. The Trade Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with trade professionals, identifying customer needs, and recommending Pella products to meet those needs. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, providing product information and demonstrations, creating sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. The role also involves collaboration with other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn about Pella windows and doors, including their features and applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with trade professionals and customers.
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
  • Previous experience in windows and doors, construction, home improvement, or building materials sales is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet with clients and visit project sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
