Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Three's Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children aged three years old. This role involves developing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional growth, and supporting early childhood development through innovative teaching methods. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to implement educational strategies that promote literacy, numeracy, and physical development while ensuring the safety and welfare of all students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with preschool standards, including curriculum development focused on literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among children.
  • Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to promote a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.
  • Assess individual student progress through observations, standardized testing, and other evaluation tools; adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and collaboration with specialists in childhood development and special education.
  • Maintain accurate records of student activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.
  • Incorporate age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a secure learning environment.

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with children in daycare or private school environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development including literacy education, math instruction, Montessori methods, and special education practices such as early intervention.
  • Experience integrating standardized testing and tutoring techniques into classroom activities is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
