Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Korean Speaking Real Estate Agents to join our brokerage. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional service throughout the process. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively manage client relationships and transactions.

Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
  • Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings to prospective clients.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including paperwork and documentation.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of property management practices is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market and trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • A valid real estate license is required.
