We are searching for a tech-savvy, people-focused Market Center Tech Trainer to support our agents in mastering KW Command, CRM systems, digital marketing, and AI-driven productivity tools.

Position Summary

The Market Center Tech Trainer provides hands-on training, consulting, and support to our agents on all technology platforms in our real estate ecosystem. This includes KW Command, CRM best practices, social media tools, and AI workflows.

They will also be responsible for running and managing all technology for our weekly Wednesday Team Meetings to ensure smooth presentations and a professional experience for agents and guests.

This is a part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a teaching environment, understands real estate systems, and enjoys helping others adopt technology to streamline and scale their business.

ResponsibilitiesTraining & Education

  • Lead in-person and virtual classes on KW Command, CRM setup, contact management, SmartPlans, design tools, and marketing systems.
  • Teach agents how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, Canva AI, Reels tools, listing content generators, etc.) to enhance their business.
  • Create easy-to-follow guides, checklists, and training videos.

Agent Consulting

  • Conduct 1:1 tech consultations with agents to assess needs and customize solutions.
  • Support new agents by setting up Command, connecting marketing tools, and guiding them through onboarding tech steps.
  • Recommend systems or automations aligned with each agent's business model.

Technology Operations

  • Run all technology during Wednesday Weekly Team Meetings, including slides, audio/visual setup, transitions, videos, and presentation support.
  • Troubleshoot Command and CRM-related issues.
  • Help agents implement digital marketing systems and technology best practices.

Systems & Support

  • Stay up to date on KW technology updates, best practices, and AI tools.
  • Maintain a resource library of training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure agents are fully utilizing Command and related platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience with KW Command strongly preferred.
  • Background in real estate, CRM systems, tech training, digital marketing, or IT support is beneficial.
  • Strong familiarity with AI productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills—able to simplify technology for all skill levels.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and working one-on-one.
  • Organized, patient, and proactive.
