About the Role

Maurina Homecare Agency, a trusted provider of compassionate in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, is seeking a
Community Liaison
to join our growing outreach and marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about
community relations, healthcare outreach, and partnership building.
The Community Liaison will represent our agency at local events, develop relationships with referral sources, and connect families with quality home care services.

The ideal candidate has experience in
home care, healthcare marketing, or outreach coordination
, and is confident engaging with diverse audiences to promote our mission of care and connection.

    Effective public speaker and confident in presentations or one-on-one conversations.

    Keeps accurate records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

    Willing to adjust to community needs, events, and schedules.

    Represents the agency with integrity, diplomacy, and respect.
  • Results-Oriented:
    Self-motivated to achieve and exceed outreach and growth targets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the agency's representative at
    community events, senior expos, health fairs, and networking meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, discharge planners, social workers, and community leaders.
  • Conduct community outreach campaigns
    to increase awareness of services and grow client referrals.
  • Deliver
    presentations and informational sessions
    that highlight Maurina Homecare Agency's services.
  • Maintain accurate lead and outreach data in the CRM system and prepare regular reports on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination from referral to service start.
  • Identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities within the Atlanta region.
  • Contribute ideas for
    marketing campaigns, community initiatives, and brand engagement strategies.
  • Uphold the agency's mission and values while promoting a culture of care and inclusion.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
    $60,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
