As an IT quality assurance analyst senior on the Quoting Data Warehouse team, you'll play an agile analyst role partnering closely with the Quoting Data Warehouse Developers, Business Partners, and Partnering IT teams to work on Data Warehouses that provide business-critical data. Serving as a liaison between business and IT, you'll collaborate to understand business goals, gather requirements and translate them into system requirements via research, storyboarding, and analysis. You will also utilize your expertise in testing to ensure high quality data and collaborate with your team to implement best testing practices to include test case development, data validation, test execution, and defect identification.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
  • In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
  • In lieu of the above, a minimum of 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.

Preferred skills

  • Data Warehousing Knowledge: Understanding of data warehouse concepts, schemas (star/snowflake, relational / dimensional models), and data modeling principles.

  • Experience with Testing Tools and Methodologies: Familiarity with ETL / API testing tools (Postman) and test management tools. Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test cases and validation logic.

  • SQL Knowledge: Ability to write SQL queries to validate data accuracy, completeness, and transformations in the data warehouse

Requirements: Experience with industry tools and techniques used to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze requirements.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate findings and collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders.

Compensation

  • $105,000-$116,300/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance
