Your Role:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy for pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting.
  • Work with the Office Director to optimize scheduling to meet weekly caseload requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with families, SLPAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using a user-friendly online system.
  • Stay engaged with quarterly team meetings, training, and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas SLP License (or in process)
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Passion for working with children and collaborating with a team
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus, but not required.
