What You'll Do
You'll be the bridge between homeowners and hope—educating clients, inspecting roofs, managing insurance claims, and driving referrals.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Canvassing neighborhoods and generating leads (self-sourced + company leads)
- Developing referral partners and leveraging your personal network
- Performing roof inspections and assisting with claims
- Coordinating with adjusters and attending onsite inspections
- Managing project timelines and providing walkthroughs post-build
- Using the Red Oak tech stack to track all activitie
- Delivering 5-star service and asking for 5-star reviews and referrals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in the field throughout Central Texas
- Strong time management skills and hunger for growth
- Coachability, discipline, and a people-first attitude
What You'll Earn
- Commission-Based Pay: $65,000–$150,000+ (No Cap)
