Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects focused on SAP and enterprise integrations
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with SAP and security architects to align protocols and standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP and system integration points
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive-level updates and risk escalations
- Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators for secure implementation
- Drive issue resolution and decision-making across technical and business teams
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years leading cybersecurity and SAP-related projects
- Deep understanding of SAP security protocols (roles, authorizations, GRC, IAM integration)
- Experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO and compliance (SOX, GDPR)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and cloud integrations
- Background in enterprise transformation or ERP implementations
- CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- PMP, CISSP, CISM preferred
