Business Development Manager

This is an urgent hire for a major China-based preclinical CRO company, focusing on client relationship management and business expansion within the Greater Boston area.Candidates must have previous experience in pharmacology and toxicology projects, with practical work expertise in these fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for the Greater Boston area, USA.
Represent the company at relevant scientific conferences and symposia, effectively communicating our service capabilities to potential and existing clients.
Formulate and execute key account development plans, including structured client engagement and visit schedules.
Facilitate project-specific discussions and technical exchanges between clients and internal teams.
Design customized service proposals and solutions aligned with unique client project requirements.
Oversee project progression, ensuring effective coordination across internal functional departments to meet client timelines and deliverables.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or above in Toxicology, Pharmacology, with a strong foundational knowledge in pharmaco/toxicological principles.
Understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) compliance within a pharmaceutical CRO setting. Minimum of 2 years of sales/business development experience in the pharmaceutical CRO industry, or demonstrable experience in client-facing project coordination and communication roles.
Proven ability to analyze market dynamics and identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be results-driven, resilient under pressure, and possess strong organizational and cross-functional coordination abilities.会说中文加分。
