Position Summary:

The Motion Graphic Director will mainly work on accounts requiring motion graphic support although at times will be tasked to work with project managers, sales teams, LED Operations, venues and clients to deliver creative and creative management for e360's clients for display graphics. This role will guide our internal staff and clients, as well as our contract design and animation team through small to large-scale content projects preparing sponsor messages and client branding for in-venue displays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Attend internal and external client meeting(s) via Teams, Zoom, Meets and other platforms. Look and act professional while having prepared for the meeting objectives.

· Create brand guidelines, from point of exploration, to meet clients' vision.

· Read and comprehend all email, text and company communications.

· Communicate efficiently, effectively, and timely.

· Be on-time and prepared.

· Liaison with client venues to collect and understand video board (ribbons and large screens) requirements to produce needed graphics.

· Monitors and quality-control all incoming graphics from rights-holders and 3rd party providers to make sure that files meet specifications. In turn, communicates to e360 internal team, rights-holder(s) and 3rd party providers as needed.

· Creatively concepts comps for sales efforts, proposals and RFP responses.

· Frequently prepares highlight reels for social media posts, updating company's Vimeo page and updates "Motion Graphics" section of CAPES booklets and RFP proposals.

· Creatively Develops, plans and delivers in-stadium motion graphic packages including 3D motion graphics.

· Produce and develop 3D renderings as needed.

· Develops, plans and delivers broadcast motion graphic packages including for Ross Expression, Chyron and others.

· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Blender, After Effects, PowerPoint/Keynote

· Exhibits mastery of motion graphics, large-scale visual systems, and adapts creative to technical infrastructure.

· Develops, creates and communicates project work-back schedules to all stake holders. Keeps projects on track with multiple (i.e., daily) updates and provides critical feedback when project may become jeopardized from the lack of timely participation or the change of scope.

· Creates and develops motion graphic sales collateral materials for the specific use of selling to specific targets.

· Plans, organizes and manages all activities of the motion graphics creative department.

· Works with and will manage other(s) on day-to-day responsibilities and objectives.

· Assists LED PM's and operations in producing LED Artwork Specification documents. In doing so, will need to understand and comprehend e360's LED products, pixel pitch configurations, controller equipment and client objectives.

· Communicates with internal colleagues to create motion-graphic sections for branding books, RFP responses, event summaries and other tools used to assist with sales and project management.

· Coordinates with internal stakeholders and clients regarding changes to artwork.

· Adheres to project schedules and deadlines.

· Creates, organizes and archives files according to established practices.

· Utilizes general office competencies to accomplish objectives.

· Develops and maintains a reasonable network of freelancer motion graphic artists to assist in scale-up for peak seasons and high intense projects.

· Periodically will assist print operations to manage and prepare artwork, layouts, logos for either internal or external printing, perform pre-press functions on customer-supplied digital art files, create scaled layout sheets for customer approvals, yellow box books, render books, event summaries, and any other tools used to assist with management of the project.

· Learn and become proficient with company's LED Operator software(s) systems and perform role as LED Operator as needed.

· Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field.

· 4 or more years of design, production graphics experience.

· Proficient using Macintosh and PC computing platforms.

· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, & After Effects).

· Strong typography and design composition skills.

· Ability to problem solve and dynamically contribute new ideas within a collaborative office environment.

· Well organized with a keen attention to detail. Follow up and follow through.

· Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed to meet daily, monthly and annual deadlines.

· Ability to work well with others at various levels within the organization as well as independently.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment:

The Motion Graphics Director will work in our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX and/or remote location. In addition to Monday-Friday work hours, there will be times when this position is required to work weekends, evenings and holidays as according to the company's event calendar. Personal time-off is to be planned around heavy periods of event activity and pre-approved by direct supervisor.
