Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and responsible Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and a knack for learning quickly. They will be joining our team and handling various tasks to help keep the projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in field verifying new projects that have existing conditions.
  • Deep involvement in the design conceptualization and process.
  • Translating design concepts to 2D and 3D drawings (AutoCAD and Sketchup)
  • Producing well drafted Construction Documents.
  • Assist architects and project managers with administrative tasks (drafting letters, response narratives, checking permit statuses, etc.)
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants for project related deliverables (MEP, Structural, Civil, Landscape, etc.).
  • Basic Construction Administration duties.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and Sketchup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
