Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by targeting key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships from first contact through delivery
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure exceptional results for every client
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, cold outreach, and market research
  • Represent LaSalle at industry events and professional associations
  • Provide consultative insight to clients and position LaSalle as a trusted partner

Senior Business Development Manager Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of staffing industry sales experience
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Competitive, driven and resilient mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)

Compensation & Benefits

  • This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $70-85K, commensurate with experience, and first-year OTE is up to $130,000+.
