Our client is a growing professional services firm that provides retirement plan administration and consulting for a wide range of businesses. Their team helps organizations simplify plan management and ensure accurate, compliant support for their employees' retirement benefits.

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Client Services Representative
to join this growing organization. This role will report directly to the Assistant Director of Client Services and will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the onboarding of all new plans, ensuring responsibilities are completed accurately and on time


• Manage issue resolution when other service providers encounter challenges


• Provide A+ customer service as one of the first points of escalation


• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure client satisfaction

Desired Skills and Experience:


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency with Excel and strong attention to detail


• Independent, proactive, and organized work style


• Interest in continued learning — company supports RPF certification


• Team-oriented with the flexibility to adapt as responsibilities evolve
