Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an AI Business Transformation Consulting Lead. The role involves leveraging AI technologies to drive business transformation initiatives for clients. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis, developing and implementing strategies, providing consulting to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with client goals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions

Consulting and Management Consulting experience with a proven ability to deliver results in business transformation engagements

Deep experience in at least 3 of the the following industries- Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences

Exceptional Communication skills for effectively engaging with stakeholders and conveying complex concepts

Understanding of Finance principles as they relate to business transformation and decision-making

Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work in cross-functional and diverse teams

Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset

A bachelor's degree in engineering and master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent certifications

Prior experience with AI or digital transformation projects is an advantage

Early adoptee of vibe coding for workshopping, high level solutioning and prototyping

Excite clients by delivering quick impact in the short term and transformational roadmap for function, business or enterprise to drive long term impact
