The Opportunity

The
Bridge Program
is the first step in every new Financial Professional's journey at 49 Financial. The Licensing Specialist plays a vital role in guiding incoming advisors through the licensing phase—helping them complete required exams and launch their careers with confidence.

In this role, you'll manage a pipeline of candidates, ensuring they stay on track to meet their start dates. More than administrative support, you'll be a steady partner and resource, motivated by helping others succeed. The work is detail-oriented, but the impact is deeply personal: every license earned represents a new career you've helped make possible.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Support

  • Guide and encourage candidates through the full licensing and exam preparation process
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate and field leader questions about licensing requirements
  • Maintain proactive follow-up to keep candidates encouraged, informed, and on track
  • Manage candidate deadlines and progress to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure a seamless transition to in-office start date

Program Management

  • Own the end-to-end licensing process, including testing and state-specific requirements
  • Stay current on all state insurance exam requirements and update program guidelines accordingly
  • Maintain and update Bridge Program materials, guides, and collateral
  • Manage vendor relationships related to licensing and exam preparation
  • Track and maintain accurate data on program health and candidate progress

Communication & Coordination

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to Field Leaders on candidate progress
  • Work cross-functionally with sales reporting and accounting teams
  • Coordinate and schedule onboarding activities for new hires
  • Ensure data accuracy in Bridge Program tracking systems

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • State Insurance License and FINRA exam completion desired
  • Strong working knowledge of the licensing process
