Join a Company That Builds Dreams, Not Just Pools
Lake Creek Pools is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Project Manager to join our construction team
At Lake Creek Pools, we design and build custom pools, patios, and outdoor living spaces that transform backyards into stunning retreats. Our team is passionate about craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We live by our core values — Quality, Integrity, Accountability, Professionalism, and Customer Satisfaction — and we foster a workplace where people take pride in what they do and love where they work.
If you're ready to bring your construction expertise and leadership skills to a company that values people and quality as much as performance, we'd love to meet you
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of pool construction — ensuring every detail, deadline, and client interaction runs smoothly. You'll serve as the key point of contact for homeowners and coordinate across teams to deliver top-quality results.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
•Oversee all stages of the construction process, documenting progress with digital photos.
•Conduct pre-site evaluations and identify potential issues before project approval.
•Maintain accurate project files including contracts, permits, plans, payment collection, and change orders.
•Draft and manage project schedules, coordinate site meetings, inspections, and subcontractors.
•Provide weekly client and management updates with action items and meeting summaries.
•Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and tracking orders, allowances, invoices, and payments.
•Maintain compliance with permits, HOA approvals, inspections, and warranty documentation.
•Proactively identify and report risks, delays, or quality concerns.
•Evaluate in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch workmanship and safety.
•Lead with a customer-first mindset, striving for 100% Customer Satisfaction every time.
•Support close-out activities: prepare warranty packets, care guides, and homeowner surveys.
•Ensure clients enjoy a smooth, transparent, and stress-free experience from start to finish.
•Take on additional projects and duties assigned.
What We're Looking For
•3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in pool and outdoor construction.
•Strong technical pool knowledge (minimum 2 years preferred).
•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
•Exceptional customer service and communication skills — you know how to turn challenges into solutions.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)..
•Comfortable using an iPad/iPhone for field reporting and project management.
•Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to juggle multiple projects without losing focus.
•Calm under pressure, positive, and driven to continuously improve.
•Able to read blueprints and perform basic math and deductive reasoning.
•Valid Driver's License required.
•Bilingual.
Why You'll Love Working Here
•Be part of a team that truly cares about craftsmanship, collaboration, and customer experience.
•Enjoy a supportive culture where your voice is heard and your ideas make an impact.
•Opportunities for growth and advancement as the company expands.
•Work for a company that takes pride in creating spaces where families make memories.
