About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Columbus. You'll help shape the visual voice of a brand that serves the senior living industry—one of the nation's fastest-growing sectors—by developing designs that convey trust, compassion, and vitality.

You'll collaborate with marketers, executives, and strategists to bring ideas to life across print, digital, and presentation formats that engage seniors, families, investors, and business partners.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce branded materials including brochures, digital ads, social media graphics, and print collateral.
  • Create executive-level visuals such as investor decks, pitch briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Maintain a consistent, emotionally resonant brand identity across all media.
  • Support concept development for marketing campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms—print, web, and interactive formats.
  • Manage multiple projects with precision and meet deadlines.
  • Stay informed about design trends and accessibility needs for senior audiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience (healthcare, lifestyle, or senior-focused design preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or Canva experience is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and modern presentation design.
  • Ability to communicate empathy, trust, and sophistication through visuals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
