Position Summary

A Donatos Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating with the Internal Marketing Team to create an array of marketing assets and materials. In this role you will use the power of design and creative visuals to convey marketing messages and information to customers and internal audiences. You'll be working on multiple projects at a time, collaborating in a team environment and interacting with external partners and agencies.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Learning the Donatos brand standards and applying those standards across all brand experiences.
  • Effectively collaborating with the internal marketing team, external partners, and the creative agency.
  • Managing the Donatos marketing asset library.
  • Assisting with the proofing of marketing materials.
  • Providing files for proofing and final files in the required format for production.
  • Executing marketing initiatives across various channels, including print, email, web and social media.
  • Attention to detail, achieving thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of the design process.
  • Effectively managing project timelines on a consistent basis to meet deadlines.
  • Presenting design work and ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Communicates effectively and frequently with the Marketing Team
  • Practices a proactive, positive attitude, and is a team player.
  • Demonstrates mastery in Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Assists with various other design duties as assigned.

Work Arrangement Options

Donatos has identified this position is eligible for the following work arrangements:

  • Full-Time Onsite: The Associate in the position will work all regularly scheduled days onsite.
  • Hybrid: The Associate in this position will work 3 regularly scheduled days onsite, 2 days off-site weekly.

Minimum requirements:

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in graphic art or graphic design preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 1+ years experience in advertising/graphic design.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office (Word, PPT, Teams, SharePoint), Figma
