Job Overview

Leadon Properties Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring investment opportunities that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and investment management, with a keen understanding of estate planning and related financial concepts.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential investment opportunities in real estate and other asset classes.
  • Analyze financial statements and market trends to assess the viability of investment prospects.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential returns on investments.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with securities law and regulations regarding investments.
  • Engage in customer relationship management to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investment opportunities for senior management review.
  • Assist in the development of estate plans, wills, trusts, and other financial documents as needed.
  • Manage portfolios by monitoring performance and making recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions.
  • Utilize financial software for analysis, reporting, and asset management tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tax regulations, and changes in financial laws that may impact investment strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial sales or services with a focus on investment management.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, cash management, wealth management, and portfolio management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles including corporate accounting and public accounting practices.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.
  • Strong mathematical skills to support financial planning and analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations clearly. Compensation:

25% profit share per identified investment acquisition;

$1,000 bonus per "Grade A" investment identification.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $57, $69,571.04 per year
