Overview

We are seeking a motivated associate to join our dynamic sales team. We assist startups + existing businesses in acquiring funding for whatever they need as they grow/start. Real estate-sized commissions with no license required.

In this role, your main focus will be getting as many transactions funded as possible while building new vendor relationships with key partners in the equipment industry. We do not offer a salary as most reps make six-figure commissions their first year in this industry. If you're not a self-starter and a go-getter, this is not for you. We offer the perfect platform for you to make yourself very wealthy, however, we cannot do the work for you.

Inbound leads are distributed among associates as they come in, based on attendance and presence in the office. Looking for a team player that is not afraid to rise head and shoulders above the competition, while lending a helping hand to their coworkers anytime they need. You will be part of a smaller sales team that collaboratively works with each other to support sales and production and ensure everybody's mutual success. Potential for promotion within to management level.

Experience

  • Extended/serious sales experience is a strong plus
  • Customer service skills/experience is a plus
  • Management experience is great to see.
  • Ability to email back & forth, keep tabs on follow ups and follow through with what you promise to your vendors.
  • Hungry and motivated to change not only your life but others' around you, especially financially.
  • Spanish bilingual welcomed
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Coachable, motivated and open-minded salespeople will thrive in this office.
