Position OverviewAs a Business Development Trainee, you will learn the fundamental skills needed to acquire new clients, support business growth strategies, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. You'll be trained directly by senior leaders and participate in structured development workshops focused on sales, communication, and strategic outreach.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and apply business development strategies to generate new leads
Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
Participate in sales presentations, prospect meetings, and networking events
Support customer acquisition efforts through face-to-face and digital outreach
Track leads, interactions, and metrics using CRM tools
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign execution
Participate in weekly training sessions focused on communication, sales, leadership, and professional growth
